One night, after a long day of work, the construction equipment vehicles were getting ready for bed. They were all parked in a row, and they were all very tired.
"I'm so tired," said the dump truck. "I've been hauling dirt all day long."
"Me too," said the excavator. "I've been digging trenches all day long."
"And I've been lifting heavy things all day long," said the crane.
The other construction equipment vehicles agreed. They were all very tired, and they were all ready for bed.
Just then, the foreman came by. "Good night, everyone," he said. "It's time for bed."
The construction equipment vehicles all said good night to the foreman, and then they closed their eyes and went to sleep.
The dump truck dreamed of hauling dirt. The excavator dreamed of digging trenches. The crane dreamed of lifting heavy things. And the other construction equipment vehicles dreamed of all the fun they would have the next day.
The next morning, the construction equipment vehicles woke up feeling refreshed and ready for work. They ate a big breakfast, and then they went out to the construction site.
They worked hard all day long, and they had a lot of fun. They dug trenches, hauled dirt, and lifted heavy things. And at the end of the day, they were all ready for bed.
They parked in a row, and they closed their eyes. And soon, they were all fast asleep.
The construction equipment vehicles worked hard all day long, but they always made time for bed. They knew that getting a good night's sleep was important for being able to work hard the next day.
So if you're ever feeling tired, just think about the construction equipment vehicles. They work hard all day long, and they always make time for bed. So can you!
